I was very dissapointed with the service i received from easy limo. I ordered a H2 full pink limousine with 15 seats. I was told it would be pink on the outside and inside with disco lights
I received a confirmation that the pink H2 limousine was available to myself and i paid a deposit on it.
I told them that it was for my daughters 13th Birthday and our colour theme was pink so it matched well with the limousine.
When the limousine turned up, there were several errors that had taken place such as
1 The limousine was silver instead of pink. When i called customer service he said that i didn't ask for a full pink limo, i asked for a pink roof, which is not true, and there was not a pink roof, it was a black roof.
2 The DVD was broken so i couldn't even watch music videos
3 The lighting moon roof was broken
4 The limo was too dark we had small colourful lights but we could not see anyone, the main lights were broken. I had to put the torch on my phone for all the children to see each other and open the window to bring light into the limo. My daughter even filmed the limo and it was pitch black.
When i asked not for a full refund but half refund they said they will get back to me in 10 working days, but they didn't.
There is allot of dishonestly in this service and i would not recommend this company to anyone.
I also think that the people that gave a 5 star for the company either, the workers are pretending to be customers, or they have selected favourite customers that they treat better in order to get this 5 star, because when you scroll down, you find that the 5 stars become a 1 star.
