A truly amazing fantastically efficient and clean operation. Just had a return flight to Dubai. Highly impressed by the service. From check in to the mad panic scramble at the other end, Emirates offered only the best in every way. Looking forward to my next flight. Thank you for restoring my opinion in airplane travel...your rivals cannot compare.

Emirates airline used to be good few years back buy recently their standards have gone down the drain. I used Emirates many times in the past, food used to be great, in flight staff used to be amazing. Very caring and friendly. But in my last trip the whole experience was extremely bad. Terrible food, staff was like tired to the bone and wasn't really willing to do much. Although very sad but I can clearly see the downfall of once great airline.

First flight with Emirates. Rude and impolite staff (oddly, the crew were especially rude to each other). Filthy/disgusting toilets. Terrible food. Cannot understand why people talk so highly of Emirates Airline. I wil not be flying with Emirates again. Avoid! *Based on return flight from London to Dubai over Christmas 2017.

We almost missed this due to some mixed reviews...but glad we decided to go anyway! It's much cheape

We almost missed this due to some mixed reviews...but glad we decided to go anyway! It's much cheaper than the London Eye or View at the Shard and in my opinion just as good a view of London, especially of Canary wharf! We went just after sunset, which probably is the best time to go.
