Extremely disappointing. I booked online and was ask to confirm the appointment via phone call which I did on Friday. Then received a voicemail message on Saturday saying I hadn’t confirmed and and that if I didn’t confirm by the end of the day (which I only just checked my voicemail after the weekend). The booking would be taken out. They removed my booking even though it was confirmed previously! What a shocking way to run a business. Don’t waste your time or money coming to endota spa highpoint!

Lovely service however I asked for a dark spray tan and got no where near dark. Really disappointed that I paid for a dark spray tan for it to just wash off after one shower. This was for a special occasion and I had to go out and buy a spray tan to do at home. Wouldn’t ever get a spray tan here.

Just been today for a Surrender spa with the lovely Sarah and have to say it was just what I needed

Just been today for a Surrender spa with the lovely Sarah and have to say it was just what I needed to relax and have some me time today 😀 Endota Highpoint is definitely my go to spa when I want to be sure of getting good service. Sarah was very friendly and made me comfortable and even excited for my big day coming up. The massage was good and so was the facial. She also recommended me some products when I asked her what she used on my face. So glad I made the last minute booking to come here today. Will definitely be back! 😄
