I give this team at enterprise a BIG FAT ZERO (I ONLY TICK THE 1 STAR SO I COULD POST THIS MESSAGE)Tod rude and Maggie completely have no regard for customer service at all and to say they have an American style of service is a completely and utterly not true....
I hire a vehicle in October 2017 and asked if it was alright to extend , they said no problem...however when it came to payments they were very happy to go to my account without notice..! Ok but on two occasion my funds had not cleared in time for the payment required, unfortunately one payment was delayed by 24 hour ..now bear in mind I am paying £204 per week for an Nissan X-trail and when this happen both Tod and Maggie., spoke to me as if I was a child. Shouting just bring back the car !
I was alarmed by this , so arranged to borrow the money until the next day in order to pay them , during this time of putting money into my account they stated you have had the car for more than 28 days ...despite me asking if extending is possible and it was a YES, so I could not understand their behaviour and approach towards me...I had given them my debit card and credit card where altogether I was paying them £800 plus a month for this vehicle and paying weekly.....any way since then they just kept taking money from my account without notifying me...this was in the last three weeks of having the vehicle...I spoke with Ted and his manner was just disgusting ...when they got my money i did not hear from them and this 28 day rule was not a concern when they were taking my money then I felt it was time to stop paying companies who do not appreciate their customers , so I agreed to return vehicle on the 30th January 2018....well to my surprise I am at home and i get a knock at the door...a gentleman in a suit ..so I open the door , it was enterprise , saying they have come to collect vehicle..! Now I am in SHOCK.. I did not owe them any money as they took £275 out of my account on Monday 29th January 2018 and I had till 5:30 to return vehicle but this gentleman was at my door @16:15, He looked over the vehicle and saw I was in shock for there behaviour and he called the office and said ..Ok could you bring it back at 18:00...Now you tell me is this a good behaviour towards a customer who has had your vehicle for 3 months and you have taken my money for the use of the vehicle for the 3month duration. I made an compliant instantly. I refused to go back to enterprise in Hemel Hempstead as I was so upset that I requested they collect it, when the guy turned up. He said the condition of the car was outstanding compare to what he normally sees..
I DONT EVERY DISCREDIT A COMPANY FOR ERRORS OR MISTAKES , BUT PLEASE USE ANOTHER ENTERPRISE..SUCH AS WATFORD/BUSHY/HARROW /EDGWARE JUST NOT HEMEL HEMPSTEAD...THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE ..CUSTOMER SERVICE :THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..LOOK SPEND YOUR MONEY WERE YOU ARE APPRICATED AND VALUED AS A CUSTOMER..
I WILL PERSUE MY COMPLIANT UNTILL THERE ARE CHANGES....DONT USE HEMEL HEMPSTEAD ENTERPRISE...GO ELSEWHERE..
