The car wasn't ready at the time I booked it for. I had to wait 3 hours for it until I could collect as it needed a new tyre (I guess no fault of Enterprise, but to be told this 1 hour before pick-up was not ideal). I was lucky I did not need it in a hurry, otherwise it could have been disruptive. Other than that, the service was quick and simple, although the car was not prepared correctly and had not been cleaned properly. When I collected the car, the jack and spare wheel were dumped in the boot and not put in their place or fitted in the spare wheel space. So I had to get my hands dirty to move the spare wheel / locking nuts and jack into the area to maximise the boot space and stop them from rattling around. Also the car less than a quarter tank of fuel on collection! Not ideal when you have a long journey ahead of you.
Staff were informative and polite but the experience was sub-standard.
