AVOID THIS BRANCH
Rented a vehicle for 4 weeks, the fellow when I collected the car (called Naz) insisted the mark on the vehicle which I pointed out to him was only dirt and does not need to be marked off on the check out sheet....i then returned the vehicle out of hours (3:30 am) as my flight was leaving at 6.
The next day I see a £800 charge on my account, called the branch asking what this charge is for and was told its for a scratch on the door and a smell of smoke in the vehicle...therefore charging me the additional £800 on top of my £200 deposit.
My first reaction was to ask for proof of said damage only to be told there are no pictures, which I found strange as there are always pictures, and as for the smell of smoke I did not smoke in the vehicle and I am assuming they were just taking advantage of me as I was not there when they checked the return.
After landing back in Luton a couple of days later I visited the branch to see if I can get to the bottom of this and was basically given the same response as over the phone and Naz and the other lady there were being very unhelpful and frankly rude.
I have rented from Enterprise many many times from various locations and country’s and have never come across something like this from a company I have had only good experiences with.
With all this being said other branches with the likes of Heathrow are amazing, great customer service and customer support.
AVOID THIS BRANCH.
