Equinox Downtown LA los-angeles USA

I am here 3-5 times a week, and have been a member for many years now. This facility is one of my favorite places to be. It is always clean, the staff is always friendly, the equipment is excellent, the range of classes and instructors are amazing, and the parking could not be easier for being in downtown. My only complaint is they only give you 2.5hrs for free and if you happen to have a long workout, enjoy an extra long steam, indulge in an extra long shower and take advantage of the complimentary Kiehl’s products and razors..... you may go over the 2.5hrs They have chilled eucalyptus towels which are so nice pre, post, or in the steam room. Juices and snacks are available as well. Highly recommend

So this morning I was trying to sign up, but unfortunately their elite sales team comes after 9:30. On a question if Equinox makes so much money that they can afford to blow every new client that comes before 9:30 and after 5, receptionist said YES. Wow, let me quit my job, equinox, and make sure I fit in to your schedule, because you are so elite and awesome!

The place isn't perfect but it's decent. And because of that I will give him four stars because they keep the place clean. A lot of people come here though and it can get hectic. Try to go during off hours if at all possible.

Nice, clean gym. New equipment. Parking is a royal pain, however. Lots of construction at DTLA location, so finding the parking lot and access to it will prove difficult for newbies. Once metro/rail construction is over, i expect the gym to be even pricier....but overall, it's worth it.

The worst place I've been. Really dirty showers with a lot of hairs, problems with parking (always busy) and stealing in changing room. Better to go to another location or even another gym
