I have to say that my experience with escapade has been first class. My order was delivered on time, but there was one problem the lights did not work on the princess dress. I emailed them and after one day I got a reply from a lovely lady called Amy, who told me no problem that she would send me a replacement out in the post that day. I received the replacement dress and all is well. After reading some of the reviews, I must say I was a little worried, but I can honestly say that my experience with this company has been first class.🤙🤙🤙

Awful company, tried ordering online, twice got told my payment failed. Bought elsewhere and checked my bank statement to see they had charged twice to my account with no email confirming payment. I then had an email from royal main saying my parcel was on it's way from them and having spoken to Escapade they told me I had to refuse delivery as I would have to pay the returns postage if royal mail delivered. I had to leave a note for the post man to avoid them leaving it in a safe place as I was at work when it got delivered. 11 days and 3 phone calls after they received my return and my account still hasn't been refunded for both purchases. Would never buy here again! ***One week later from my first review and I still haven't received my refund. I've had to raise a dispute through my credit card company to retrieve my money. If you are brave enough to ever purchase with Escapade make sure you're backed up by a credit card for security!

Avoid! I placed an order over a week ago for premium delivery which should have been here by Friday and still not received it or any communication from escapade, phoned today to be told that actually the item was out of stock and had never been dispatched, obviously they don’t think to bother contacting customers but think it’s ok to take money for nothing. I also don’t understand why it doesn’t say out of stock like it would do on any other website. I was offered a refund and got an email stating I will be refunded for the price of the costume but not the £5.99 they charged me for shipping? Why am I not being refunded for the shipping when the item was never sent in the first place? The only thing you get a one star for is the speed on which you take people’s money, not slow there
