This was by far the best moving experience I've had their quote process was straight forward they will come to your home and give you a free quote based on how much you have to move and then if they exceed the number of hrs quoted you don't pay! If they take less time then the hrs quoted you only pay for what they worked they have great follow up leading up to the move and were on time we had a team of 4 and all four men were nice and polite took extreme care of my furniture! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My wife and I were so happy to have Excalibur assist us in our move I called last minute to book my movers and excalibur was able to accommodate us this company was amazing from start to finish our 3 crew members were very polite and professional. They started right away and worked quickly into loading the truck the price was reasonable and what I expected to take 6-8 hrs only took 4. No time was wasted Thanks again Excalibur it’s nice to find a Company that still offers Great Costumer Services!

This the second time I used Excalibur, the first time was two years ago they were amazing and they didn't damage anything. A week ago I need to move again, so I call Excalibur to Book a moving Day, this time they offer me an onsite estimate, Ricardo was the guy who made the quote. He shoot me the quote by email, I agreed with the price he quoted me for a 12 hrs job. Moving day came and it was a long day but I have the best movers in LA. Roberto And his crew Killed the job. By the way, the movers was great and so friendly. I called Excalibur the next day because I have some stuff left on my garage from the day before and I need to move to my storage like 15 min away, They moved everything in less that 3 hrs I was so happy. I recommend Excalibur to my friends and they never had any problem and I will continue recommending Excalibur. Thank you for making my life more easy!

Our experience with Excalibur was extremely unpleasant to say the least. We were quoted $2,000 to move boxes and 2 beds from California to North Carolina. It turns out that Excalibur is a broker and they just give wild estimate without accurately calculating the storage space needed on the truck. When the actual moving company arrived to pick up the items, we were told that the shipment should have been quoted with 150 more cubic feet at $3,000 instead of $2,000. We were extremely shocked and surprised. After a very long day and as the moving company arrived at 8 pm (PST), our hands were tied up and we could not get a hold of anyone from Excalibur (they operate out of Florida). We ended up not shipping the 2 beds nor the mattresses. We were bummed and extremely disappointed as we felt lied to or at least not given the whole picture by the broker. Please be very wary and careful when you get low estimates from Excalibur. If it is too good to be true, it probably is. My advice that you never get an estimate by phone from this company especially for long distances. We are hoping to resolve this issue with the management and to get some explanation of what happened and a clear clarification of what they can do to mitigate this problem. Stay tuned!

Booking process spoke to costumer service and emailed me with a quote immediately the representative did not pressure me to choose 3 or 4 men since they charge per hr by # of guys I like the fact that they are not trying to upsell furthermore I had to change my appointment couple days prior to the move and despite the slots were booked the representative went out of the way to get me a crew I really appreciate making that work for me on such late notice. Moving process they helped us wrap package and everything was handled with care they worked through out the entire day without any break requested with this much effort I don't think I can ask for anything better I'm a frequent mover and will be asking for them again thank yuh Excalibur for a flawless job!
