Generally the receptions are helpful and polite, i have had occasions when they've been a bit snappy but who knows what they've been dealing with?!?!? The doctors have always been really understanding and professional with me and my family. Personally I think the on the day booking system and on call doctor who will phone you back the same day is great, when I compare that to friends who wait weeks for appointments at other surgeries!!!

Awful drs. Rude staff. Dr berry is great but apart from her... I hate it here

Absolutely poor phoned for my son as he's really sore a doctor phoned me sent me prescription to the chemist phone up to see if it's there and they've not bothered sending absolute disgrace my poor son has to suffer now for another day useless idiots and so rude on the phone
