I was going in & I wasn't a member yet & they were polite about it Then I saw the way I could get my games & they are friendly anyways Then when I became a member I saw for me how much it's worth it to become a member I like going in to a store before I buy something online to check out the hardware, it's nice to have choices and they've given me that

Anything you buy at this GameStop has a 50/50 chance of being broken. DO NOT buy any refurb hardware here. DO NOT buy any refurb consoles here. It is probably broken. Also engage in conversation with the salespeople at your own risk. They'll joke with you in bad taste and extend the buying process 10 minutes past what it needs to be. Find a Best Buy.

You can never ask a question about something being in stock without them rolling their eyes or Letting out a sigh. They all seem miserable. I know they could care less but I am done with that store. Cex might not always have what you need but at least they're polite and show courtesy.

Terrible experience. Waited an hour in line, credit card readers didn't work and had to go to an ATM

Terrible experience. Waited an hour in line, credit card readers didn't work and had to go to an ATM in the middle of paying to get cash, employees were rude.
