Great shop and I'm happy to support this local business. Every time I called they answered the phone and were very prompt and kind, even though it is just one couple running the entire shop! Worked quickly and did a great job, no trying to sell you more than you need.

Owner is pretty abrasive. I had questions about past work and I felt like he was not helpful. I spent $1000+ on work that after less than 1000 miles, there appears to be related issues. The work was done more than 12 months ago, but I haven't driven the car because we had a baby and moved houses. So the work is not covered by warranty due to being past 12 months. But I just asked for a free check to make sure the work he did was not causing issue- he refused. Seems like a warranty should be time or miles, not whichever stops the warranty the quickest. I guess I'm more upset with his attitude towards my problem.

The owner, Steve, is one of the best mechanics around. He's knowledgeable on every aspect of German autos. Highly recommended!

Went to go get my car fixed and they wanted to charge me over $900 to fix my fuel pump and fuel control module. Went to the dealership and got it all for $600. Rip off. He wanted to charge $100 in labor to install the control module and it's literally like an adaptor cord, you just plug it in. We will never be going back!!

My daughter called and was in the process of breaking down, less than a 1/2 mile away and the owner said he could not see her for 2 days. Cannot believe he would leave a young woman standed when he easily could have helped, at least in the interim. Plus he was very rude on the phone. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!!
