Terrible shopping experience. The store had marked an item at the price of $40. When we got to the counter it was realised by 2 staff attendants including a manager who both then failed to explain why us...as the customer...should not have been charged the marked price (again...as marked BY THEM). Shocking service for the sake of a few dollars. Will never shop here again!!

Team at glue store, Emporium were amazing and helpful, they did their best to make me happy. I reckon, manager at that store was really nice, that's why all the team were so co-operative. Thanks a lot, to give me the best shopping experience.

Decent selection but average customer service. Had just tapped to pay when I realised I had forgotten to show my student card for the 10% discount. The staff refused to process a refund and let me redo the transaction.
