A nice gym with a good range of classes and equipment. Changing rooms are always clean and there is plenty of room and lockers. Classes can be really challenging but are fun - I would say some of them allow too many people which makes it more difficult to have enough room to move properly or see the instructor but generally they are really good. Most of the instructors are great and genuinely motivating.

Fantastic, fun, innovative gym classes that come in a big variety; instructors are great. Lots of excellent weight machines. A cool boxing ring and lots of punch bags. Funky cool music and live DJ set in the evening. Just a great gym at an affordable price in central London.

This is the best gym I've ever been to. I've been a member for 18 months now. There is a variety of classes to choose from, great instructors, a really nice vibe and friendly members. I've taken a star off because sometimes it takes a while for management to fix things (e.g. sauna in ladies changing room has been out of service for at least 3 weeks). Also the studios could do with better sound proofing - I like the music but it is very hard to relax during yoga when there is a loud banging house music track in the background. Apart from that, the staff - from reception right through to cleaning staff are very nice and friendly. Cleanliness is good too.

Cost benefit wise Gymbox is great. Great instructors/PTs, different types of machines, and a clean locker facility. My only complaint is I wish the weights were restacked everyday... It's annoying to do a full tour of the gym to find your weights from time to time.
