Halfords sent wrong parts from online store. I supplied my registration for reference. Popped the item back to store and the staff were very helpful. I contacted the store for an update as I was told by the staff I would have confirmation via email or message. My wife telephoned the store and the manager answered. My wife explained the situation and asked if she would receive an update. The manager bluntly answered that's not how it works you will get a phone call when their in. Should it have not been politely sorry we sent the wrong parts let me check your contact details either myself or a staff member will update you when we hear from our supplier. The customer is not always right but if your the face of a company be polite and helpful.
