The click and collect system didn't work properly, but staff very helpful and upgraded part to next one up at the same price. Part was already price matched so great value. So overall system not perfect but made good with great customer service.

Like most Halfords stores, this one had a good selection of car and bike equipment and accessories. If you know the prices you can find a bargain. They do match price from other vendors, so make sure to speak to one of the sales team.

I would like to thank Mia for her fantastic advice and knowledge while looking at my car recently. I had no idea how to look at the oil levels etc and she was just amazing. I would also like to thank Nathan for his superb help when fixing my sons little bike. whilst there I was looking to purchase 2 other bikes for my sons for Christmas and he knew pretty much every single bike that Halfords sell!, his knowledge was impeccable and his ability to serve, answer a telephone, fix a bike and talk to my 4 year old was brilliant. I will definitely be buying my boys bikes from Halfords and I shall also be getting the care plan as advised by Nathan so that I can maintain the optimum performance and safety. safety is something I can see Halfords take pride in.
