The Lyft and Hertz employees at this location are awesome especially the 2 big guys running the show. I have been going through them for about 7 months. They keep improving the system to make it faster and easier. Great customer service even though they have to deal with a lot of stiff most businesses don't have to deal with. Keep up the good work guys.

Like most of the reviews say, you need a plan to occupy yourself while you are waiting, however everyone was courteous and respectful to everyone who was there. Richard and James were amazing, and the girl who came out with me to check the car was incredibly thorough and sweet. Again, I was really worried, given the reviews and certainly the car is not what I would expect from the Hertz at the airport, but that is not what's going on. Your here because for whatever reason you don't have a car and you are trying to get a car and make the money to pay for the car.

Organising a car with Lyft - don't bother. You have an issue with the car - don't bother trying the phone number - it doesn't work! I did the renewal on line (as per the representative guidance) - wait for it. Got a email from Hertz office advising if I don't return the car immediately the police will be called. Went and visited the site - advised of the phone call from head office the representative responded with "oh don't worry - that happens all the time, but we pay no attention to what they say" The best part, you wait up to an hour to return your car every 4 weeks, and then to be told, you can go and keep the same car - there's no issue. Why get me to come back every 4 weeks to return the car and then be told, you can keep the same car. An efficient way of doing business is to have your phone number working - then get your customers to either fill out the details on line instead of waiting in line to be told - you can keep the same car. There's a few hours of your life you will never get back!

Be prepared to wait for at a minimum of 3-4 hours! You'll be super excited to start driving for Lyft! They will leave you in suspense as everyone leaves for lunch while still having a room full of people to help. Need to catch up on a good book or catch up on some work? No problem! As you wait for the one of two employees to finally get to you, you will have already finished whatever you started! Do be sure you get here before 5 though as they will hand you the keys and ask you to close the place down at 5:00pm on the dot. But if you can make it through this gauntlet of trials you too can do it all over again when your car eventually breaks in a few short days to few short weeks! Customer service?! That's for real customers apparently(but they will be glad to take your money just as fast you second class citizen you!!!)

Horrible people scammers they stole my sons disability money $400 off of a debit card they gave my husband a jacked up car that kept shutting off on the high way it prevented him from working because he did not want to chance getting hit by a truck or car to be killed or kill a rider! So what they do? Still charge him for a malfunctioning rental car even after all the complaints he made saying he needed another car he needed help since they couldn't charge him off his card they go on to my debit card thats in my name illegally! and take my sons money! And then tell him he's not allowed to rent thru them anymore and they refused to return my sons money How low can you go that's fraud/ theft Lyft! See you in court!
