Services by reception and manager were awesome. They handled an unfortunate incident exceptionally well. However, can't say the same about the service at the restaurant. Holiday Inn brand in Asia is of 4 star quality and amenities. It was a surprise that these are not reflected in the Holiday Inn Guildford.

Was visiting the Holiday Inn for a conference. Plenty of car parking spaces (but don't forget to register your car registration number at the reception desk to avoid either being fined or having to pay for a ticket) and also a reasonably well lit car park too. Handy location just off the A3. Perfect facilities. Clean with plenty of choice of refreshments. My visit didn't involve any overnight stay, so I can't comment on bedrooms or breakfasts.

I attended the Holiday Inn for one of their shared party nights for the 3rd time and as usual it was brilliant fun. They sort table plans, table decorations, DJ, disco and food. The food is good for a large scale event and on the evening is coordinated brilliantly. I dealt with a lady called Sophie Taylor who was always helpful when trying to organise 80 people, (and we were only 1 of the parties that evening) she was extremely patient and accommodating. I also stayed over and felt the room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and they catered for 3 of us staying in one room. I will be looking to organise our next year's Christmas party there again.

Bed was a little too firm, leading to a somewhat uncomfortable night's sleep. Window Shutters were off their rails, but l just about managed to get them shut. However, breakfast was very good.

Had a meeting here. Good services, clean and quiet. Easy to get to. Great drinks and snacks.
