The staff is outstanding, with marvelous service. Staff go out of their way to meet the needs of guest. The hotel is centrally located near metro, shops and 30 minute walk to major sights. The only negative is my disappointment with the room. It was quite small. I was excited to see the views I read about. Our view was roof tops, apartment building and concrete parking area

The Reception and Concierge staff were extremely helpful. The Porters were excellent and provided great assistance with our room, luggage and extras that we asked for. They also provided us with great advice about Paris in General and the hotel was in a fantastic location Perhaps the cleaning of the bathrooms could be improved Our room had a great view of the Tuileries, Eiffel Tower and the Louvre

The hotel is in a perfect location directly across from Tuileries and the Louvre. We had a Tuileries Room with an incredible view of the Louvre, gardens, Notre Dame, and the Eiffel Tower. The room is somewhat small, but well appointed with coffee maker, safe, minibar, hair dryer, etc. The staff on sure is incredible. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back again.
