Parked my car indoors nice and clean, when collected it was parked outside with mud up the sides. But the biggest thing was an extra 4 miles on the clock and the dash can had been unplugged. If using these sort of parking place always take a picture of your milage when leaving your car and check it on return. The reason for the 2 stars is the location distance to the airport.

Awful!!! Parked a nice clean car in a warehouse nice guy on reception was happy leaving it. Got back in the dark and it was parked outside. When I got up in the morning it had mud spray all over it and a nice graze down the side. :'( have emailed but no response.

Booked this online an hour before arriving on Sunday afternoon. Dropped off no issues. Flight delayed tuesday evening by 3 hours. Car waiting outside front door when I arrived. Less than 5 mins walk to/from Airport. Did what they said on the brochure and both fellas nice blokes. Thanks guys

Horrendous service. Waiting time is absolutely disgusting. Waited for well over two hours. Phoned the company after leaving passport control to be told to call again once we were outside the airport as they were "just around the corner". Phoned once we were out, which took several attempts seeing as no one seems to like answering the phone there.. To then be told they couldn't find the car key. Staff are extremely rude, takes ages for anyone to answer to phone, and when someone does they fob you off and tell you they'll be five minutes. When the car finally arrived, it had CLEARLY been used, seeing as it was valeted before being handed over to Imagine and came back dirty. Dash cam had been UNPLUGGED which makes me very suspicious. Car had been switched into sport mode when I always drive in Eco. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The only upside is receiving the car back, I presumed after all the bullsh*t it had been stolen. I WILL be taking matters further.

Left car there few weeks ago. Went on holiday, flight got cancelled and they charged an extra £30 for 3 nights when we originally paid £45 for ten nights. Had someone drive my car thinking they was Lewis Hamilton which flagged up on my insurance as I have a box in my car. Now I have the hassle of having to get proof the company had been driving my car to send to my insurance. The lady I'm dealing with on emails is rude. Won't ever use again...
