I cannot over-state how terrible my experience here was. I had been before and knew what to expect: no appointment, low-quality wax, no frills, and a high price for the quality. But I did not expect a horrible experience such as this. I asked the attendant to finish the style of wax that I had requested (i.e. to make both sides even, pointing to the place that was not even). She then went beyond this, not what I asked for. The manager then forced me to pay a higher price, yelled at me in front of customers, exposing the details of my treatment, continued yelling at me, and refused to listen. If the staff did a different service to that which was requested and agreed, it is THEIR responsibility to clarify this, including that what they will do will incur a different price. Particularly when the customer is exposed in an intimate way. I will never go back to any Body'Minute venue. What a horrible experience. I wish I never subjected my body to this sub-par treatment, wax and aggressiveness.

Un institut toujours propres, un bon accueil et les temps d’attente toujours respectés . Les esthéticiennes et leur responsable sont très professionnelles. Je le recommande

Bonjour Les cabines et les esthéticiennes sont toujours impeccables. Les épilations très bien faites. L'accueil et le temps d'attente sont plus que raisonnable, contenu du concept. Je traverserai Paris spécialement pour revenir . MERCI

Accueil convivial, épilation vite fait, bien fait. Résultat : jambes parfaitement douces.

Super institut depuis qu’il a été repris il y a quelques mois. Épilation au top et soins du visage vitamine C génial. La manucure est réalisée par une vraie prothésiste ongulaire, c’est tres appréciable ! Je recommande :)
