Horrible service, I was turned away and told I needed an appointment. They said they were too busy that day. There were 17 empty chairs and only two other tax payers waiting. I asked to talk to the manager twice. Finally she walked away, came back a few minutes later and said he was busy. I asked if she told him I was waiting. She said no, if I see him, I will let him know. What a joke! I was there trying to help a client obtain documentation she needed to close on her new home. This was a last resort after six weeks of trying to obtain the document online and over the phone. I saw a girl turned away that needed a document for student loans, one person needed to create an EIN number for his business. All frustrated and rudely turned away. I did see her help one person that needed to pay their taxes. So they are there to take your money, not help you! Apparently they do not abide by their own code of ethics. Our tax dollars are being used against us at the IRS!
