Setting up an appointment online is very easy. All of the staff at Island Honda are very friendly, professional and concerned about making the experience of getting your car serviced as simple and thorough as possible. The technician that got us started and wrote up the work to be done was professional and very good with customers. The person that helped at the end with paperwork and payment was super kind, engaging and professional. We love Rita, who runs the shuttle. She took us to the mall while the car was being serviced. Great to catch a ride with Rita and talk story on the way. Our car is in great condition as we regularly bring it in for service. Everything gets a thorough check and it always seems your service staff get the job done earlier than expected. I looked through the paperwork when I got home and noted the service tech made a comment about the wiper blades needing replacement. It wasn’t mentioned to us but it was good to see they checked that detail and I went into the auto parts store and picked up refills for the wipers and replaced them. Thanks Island Honda for taking good care of us and our car. You have a great staff and it’s always a pleasure to work with them!

I brought a letter in that I received from them offering to buy back a car I purchased from them. They offered a 10 dollars gas card for my trouble. I am looking to sale the car anyway and thought I would see how much they would offer. I received the letter only yesterday because they mailed it to my previous address. The manager who would not be bothered to speak with me told the sales associate they were looking for cars with less mileage and that the program was over so they would not give me a gas card. Total waste of my time. I can't believe he wouldn't even make an offer from a letter that was only a couple days expired. The letter said they were in great need of used cars.

Theresa and Omar were awesome! Professional, friendly, down-to-earth and super helpful. They did everything we hoped they would and they went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted when we came in. My Sales Associate was Johnny Jose. He was so nice and helpful from the moment he introduced himself. He wasn't pushy, but very informative. He saw that I needed time to think about his offer and he gave me that time. When I did get the car, he helped me unload ALL my junk and carefully put it in my absolute stylin' new car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and have already referred several of my coworkers to Island Honda - told them to see Johnny!!!
