Have used JJ Diggle for around 10 years for minor jewellery repairs and have always been happy. Until now. My wife took her 9ct gold Accurist watch in for a clasp repair and a new battery. The watch was given back to her with the clasp repair incomplete. She had to ask them to prove it could be closed. This resulted in a 15 minute wait while they took it away into the back room for more work. Worse was that the battery couldn't be replaced. They were adamant that the back had been glued on and couldn't be removed. The watch had last had a new battery in 2015. We still have the receipt - from JJ Diggle. This watch would cost £800 to replace. Disgusted.
