I spent around £180 to fixed my front tooth during the end of Oct 2008. After my last operation, the dentist told me I still have £50.00 balance on my account. So I told the reception nicely about I wanted to a the £50.00 back, because I am not sure if I would stay in Bristol for long. The ladies in there told me to come back on the other because their MANAGER was not there. And they said they will let their account office to know about my refund and will refund my money in 1 months times. I wait and wait till Dec 08, there was still no cheque send to me. And I So I called them again, but the same story they told me again. They asked me to wait another month... So
What I do is I finally gave up and stop to calling them and I lost £50.00. And I dont EVER go to this James Hull again.
During Jan 2009 till April, I got some messages from them and asking me to check with my teeth with them... ho ho..
And today, I even got their call and wanted me to check my teeth with them.. and I told them the story of what I have experience with them, u know they denny of the whole story and they said I never calls nor asking for refund. They said if I need a refund I should put it in LETTER. There is no one telling me to writing a letter.
They just wanted to force me to use the £50.00 balance when I check my teeth with them.
Be aware of them how they treat us
