Bonjour J ai acheté un hamster pandas le samedi 13 janvier 2018 Pour l anniversaire te mon fils Trop déçu cars l hamster ne mange bougée très peu Le vendredi matin mon fils va le voir et la il me dit maman l hamster bouge plus en pleure Je lui dit t inquiète pas je vais allee au magasin Le magasin me répond que les 48 h passé et qu’il étais sûrement malade Alors oublige dans rachète un et même pas un geste commerciale Je trouve sa honteux et surtous marquant pour un enfantS

Je tiens a mettre 5 etoiles car il a fait preuve de professionnalisme, d'écoute et il a etait de tres bon conseils. Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas eu a faire a une personne aussi competente. Bon courage a vous.

Très grand magasin où on trouve vraiment de tout. Par contre, pour avoir le conseil d'un vendeur, j'ai été envoyé à l'accueil qui m'a renvoyé au rayon concerné... Le bon vendeur m'a quand même aidé à porter mes achats jusqu'à la caisse.
