Horrible customer service. We had waited in line for almost 20 minutes to pay, and then right when we got to the front of the line, a women lady came up, and forced her way to the front of the line. The cashier then verbally acknowledged that we had been waiting in line before that women, yet told her that she would take her first anyway. Then, when we finally got up to pay, the cashier was extremely rude. We questioned why not all of items had rung up as 40% off like they were supposed to, but she just ignored us and completed the transaction. I'm done with JCPenney now. I used to love shopping here but now it's like a disorganized garage sale with rude employees.
