I tried calling dot com for a simple question, they never answered. Then I called children’s department. I got through and they guy said he was gonna walk the phone over to dot com, but he disconnected me. I called back, just pushed #0 to talk to an operator. She was able to answer my question but was kinda rude about it. I’ve had better service at a fast food restaurant.

Penny's dept. Is bomb. Has so much good stuff on sale, wow. For kicking it upper rank stuff. Nice suits, seeaters the cool is coming, fall should be here. Check out the tops, pants galore!! Good customer service. Lines were long they have good system. Good overall experience.

JCPenneys are always good stores. This Stonewood location is the most disorganized department store I have ever seen! It is understaffed and the employees obviously cannot keep up with maintaining the merchandise organized. It was hard to find what I wanted and made me just want to leave.
