A huge store with lots of brand under one roof. You can buy everything here and the quality is great. Home section is also of high quality and the choice is fantastic. Clothing, shoes, accessories, food everything is of high quality. Loved shopping here and bought many things from here.

I love john Lewis always so reliable. ..but I still feel sad that the fabric department slowly but surely disappeared over the last couple of decades! Even the hat department is smaller than it was .. but it is the only place to go on Oxford Street to buy a hat for a wedding. I saw this hat first. .. then walked the length of Oxford Street. . Only to confirm that this was the best and I should have bought this one after all! !!

One of the best stores. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help. It has everything you could want and all the products come with good pricing and warranties and the best thing is the customer service which is the best in the country

You can't beat JW for customer service and value. Wherever you go, whatever branch your in you can depend on knowledgeable staff who know what they are doing and if they don't know they can usually point you in the direction of someone who does. It's what helps me to make good choices about my purchases. Anything i have ever purchased here is of a high quality without the price being high. Good displays in shop, plenty of shop floor space to get around. Good shop within shops, good restaurants from quick snack to lavish relax for the afternoon dining. Would recommend a visit to any John Lewis!

There's a huge selection of everything, but better to check and order online, otherwise they can say "not in stock, come tomorrow again." Staff was very helpful tho. If you do collection there make sure you bring your ID.
