A nice hotel overall but the location was not ideal for me. It was a little bit too far away from the parts of London we wanted to visit and in a fairly residential area (a very pretty neighborhood though). We had trouble finding a restaurant near by that was open late on a Friday. However, it is close to a metro stop and the Westfield mall. (There turned out to be lots of restaurants right next to the mall.) Our room (room 302) was nice - a good size and standard for the price (especially by London standards) but noisy. We could hear everything that was going on in the bar/lounge/lobby area while we were trying to sleep. The spa was great - the head, neck and shoulder massage was heaven! The continental breakfast buffet was great. They served a mix of healthy and sweet with a good selection of fresh fruit, bread, yogurt and toppings, etc.

Had a great stay over Christmas with the family. Staff really welcoming and the rooms are nice - but they are really quite dark and aren't designed with women in mind. There's a shelf in the middle of the mirror with the only socket, so hair drying is a challenge and no mirror on the dressing table. But good shower. We had a deluxe room that was nice but it was a shame my Mum was in a junior double, age checked in the day before us and I would have preferred her to have the better room.

The room in the hotel was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. There was also a smartphone that you could take with you, which was a lifesaver when I went sightseeing. It was centrally located, with the train from the airport just down the road. It also had a huge shopping mall with restaurants, fast food, shops, and much more just up the road. The tube station was also here which allowed me to travel quickly. However, I had to give the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 because the breakfast was not very good. However, with it being so centrally located, grabbing breakfast outside of the hotel was no problem.

The hotel is a stone's throw from the gargantuan Westfield shopping Centre and handy for Olympia. I stayed in an executive double and it was spacious with a huge bed, huge TV and nice touches like a mobile phone that was free to use and take out of the hotel and a tablet for web browsing. The continental breakfast was perfectly fine, for a small upgrade you can go full English. There were some little gripes, mainly the bathroom that for some reason had really low ceilings, a tall person would struggle to fit under the shower and the grouting was a bit mouldy, but this was minor. What really won me over was the attitude of the staff. All of them were super friendly, helpful and efficient. Great customer service.

Difficult experience. We spent three days with a group of 20 people for a workshop. The logistics was very difficult. If the bedrooms are nice, the food is good, I think this hotel is not meant to organize professional workshop. It was very difficult to make us understood. There were some members of their crew that tried to be as helpful as possible and they were, but some were so rigid that it increased our level of stress and disatifaction. We had to wait more than 20 minutes before being able to check in and the last discussion for the checking out was as painful. It lasted so long that the taxi I ordered left before I could take it. So overall, one of my worst experience ever as a facilitator in an hotel. Sorry for this feedback, but it was so difficult that I thought I needed to make this comment.
