Worst experience ever! Went in for a new car which was listed at $28,000- used my wife’s credit which is mid 700’s and was given a monthly lease price of $479/month- so this was for the top of the line Tiguan - so I figured I would downgrade to the se and they came back with a price of $539/month- more than the monthly on the top of the line car! I have never seen anything like this- the service on the floor was great but whoever is doing the credit there needs to get a clue- you will find it hard to lease a car with this incompetence! I will be calling VW North America tomorrow morning to lodge a formal complaint!

Worst service. Please get a second opion. They have quoted me 3-4 times the actual service cost on many occasions. First red flag $2,000 for tires found them at Walmart for $69 each. They quadruple the price of parts. Originally quoted me $50 for a hubcap and then charged me $67. Said a part to install would be $140 for one hour labor. It took my mechanic 5 minutes. Please be very careful.
