Two members of staff Jane S and Abi(wouldn’t provide his name) were the most rude, unprofessional individuals I have ever met. Someone needs to teach the staff manners and professionalism. Was informed by them that they didn’t provide a particular service. When we called national service information they informed me that we had been misadvised. So we went back to this station to give them the phone to speak to the national railway service advisor Abi then went on to use aggression and threatening behaviour towards me. Jane S refused to serve us due to Abi informing her he didn’t want her to serve us. I would give 0 stars if possible. I cannot believe that we live in the UK and this is the kind of service that we receive when want to change a simple train ticket. I have already raised a complaint. Please be aware of staff at this station Abi is out of control and Jane S is supportive of his behaviour.
