I purchased a turntable through this company as it was ~$100 cheaper than buying it in-store. The product was not of a quality that we were willing to keep given the amount of money spent, but the company refused to recognise this. For this reason we lost $30 worth of postage and ended up having to buy it in store anyway. For this reason, I would definitely not recommend buying large ticket items through this company - they are very unaccommodating and are not worth the risk.

Purchased an airfryer as a gift, never received it as it was lost in transit. Was offered a refund or replacement with something else as they didn't have any more stock of the original airfryer I purchased (even though their eBay store showed they still had stock... Misleading!) Went to their "showroom" (if you can even call it that) and when I got there, this guy sitting at his desk was looking around to see if someone else would help me, and because no one else would, he reluctantly and unwillingly told me to come over. Asked for another airfryer that their eBay site was showing as 54 in stock but they had none!! Seriously is it that hard to get your stock levels correct?? So I asked for a refund instead and the guy told me to reply to the messages trail requesting a refund, which I did.. but still no refund or response from these people. Where's my refund?? Have opened an eBay case against KG until I've received my full refund. I'd suggest if you are after quality service, go elsewhere.
