Grumpy & Unhappy & unfriendly ! We bought a few things and pay by cashier, we paid by cash n found the money he return is 7€ less, so we just stood by the counter and recount the money in front of him. He was speaking French to us and we told him we don't speak French but English, he was pushing those money back to us and keep saying something. So we point to the receipt and recount again, we also pick the coins out from our jeans (some of the coins are from us originally, only 2€ is what he return at the beginning) but still, after counting EVERYTHING and the money still not reach to the number in receipt. He was so grumpy and not happy, again keep talking & talking, and again we recount those money included those from jeans included those belongs to us originally....after another mins of talk, he took our receipt and want to calculate in front of us and he found the money don't match. So am the end he grab the money back to us, although the counts also our few coins. I hope he miscounted by making stake and not because we look completely like a tourist and do by purpose! This experiences is sick and a bad start of my mood! Good luck to the shop! Good luck to the boss with such a unfriendly and unprofessional staff!

Quelle déception... plus de 10 min d'attente pour avoir quelqu'un au niveau des poissons ça commence mal ... demande d'informations sur l alimentation et produits d entretien d aquarium, le monsieur ne répond pas juste un soupir et part à l arrière boutique. Franchement, après vous vous étonnez que les clients sont pas toujours agréables mais c'est un peu la faute du personnel ... répartie bredouille avec le poisson ... et résultat des comptes Retrouvé mort le lendemain matin le centre retourné et bien double déception... Je ne vous conseille pas du tout le magasin.

Animalis a donc déménagé de quelques mètres dans Bercy village. Lieu très propre. Tout est facile à trouver car les zones sont bien indiquées. Le personnel est très à l'écoute.
