Fairly good french cuisine, nice atmosphere, and well priced for Cherry Creek North.

Excellent food and drinks. The Saturday night crowd was a little older on average, but we didn't feel out of place. Good ambience for a date!

Love. Love. Love. The foie gras was delectable, along with everything else. I’m new to Cherry Creek. Le Merise gives me the French culinary experience I had while studying abroad in Bordeaux and Paris. The service was outstanding. Since foie gras can be quite rich, they serve it in a small portion, which is ideal for the appetite. The bartender is very nice. He is a young man who is professional and dedicated to delivering fine service. He gave suggestions that were applicable to my tastes. I always say, “If it grows with it, it goes with it.” Thus, I appreciated when he suggested French wines to accompany my meal. I shall return.

This is the place for authentic French cuisine. I always start with the french onion soup, which is actually pretty standard, but I still love it. My favorite entree would be the steak au poivre (medium rare for me), which was cooked to perfection. The au gratin potatoes are creamy and cheesy deliciousness and the cream sauce adds a hint of cognac to an already perfect cut of filet. For dessert go with anything I like them all, but the mousse is my favorite. Definitely worth coming here if you love French food or people who want to try it.
