Not the best customer service ...Staff at Liverpool Audi don’t really represent the “high standard “ you’d expect from such a big and well known company. Booked service over the phone ( after 4 tries - seems like they don’t know how to operate phones ). Came to Service desk and it took a while to be called in - although there was enough staff around , I’ve been told when my car will be ready ( this was nearly hour later - so I had to wait watching kangaroos having sex at their waiting area ) people that work over there are nice only because they’ve been told to do so - they act like they’re kings and we - customers are just pheasants...Very unpleasant experience ! Anybody from the massive pool of people from job centre can do better job !Will consider different branch next time .
