Great Place to shop for Lexus. We got 4700 discount and additional 2000 cashback from Lexus for self financing. Over all great deal and great inventory. We had appointment so sales person was also not pushy at all and working with us for all options we wanted to explore in our budget.

1 review 5.0 star rating 10/12/2017 I have been buying cars from Longo for years, and I have to say their service and their sales team are amazing. Sergio Orozco is the salesman I have purchased from over the years, and he has always taken great care of me. Recently, I had the worst customer service experience with Toyota Financial Services (see my other review), and Sergio and the Longo team were there to take care of me. He made sure that in a few short hours, Toyota Financial "found" (they had it all along) the supposed missing payments and that my credit did not get impacted by a data entry error someone at Toyota Financial made. Thank you Sergio and thank you to the Longo team! I really appreciate it. I may not be using your financing services moving forward, but I will be back to purchase more cars.

A complete and total decline in customer service from Lexus. DO NOT BUY A LEXUS. What was an awesome brand 10 years ago is a sad shadow of its former self. I'm not sure what happened, but this is the customer service I expect from Ford, not a supposed luxury brand.

My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing a car at Longo Lexus this past weekend. AJ, our sales guy, was friendly and knowledgeable of his product. He was straightforward and honest throughout the process. Thank you to Craig, sales director, for the great deal you gave us. David, who drew up our papers, was friendly and thorough. The whole car shopping experience was very enjoyable at Longo Lexus. We'd definitely recommend it and come back when we're ready to purchase again.

Horrible service. Waited 45 minutes to have someone ask me if I needed help. He then proceeds to ask if I needed help "uh like hello? Really?" No we just came to waste time. And even after I told him I needed help he didn't even get anyone to come help me with my questions. Horrible. I was planning on replacing my BMW with a Lexus. Forget it I rather go to a dealer who actually WANTS to take my money. Never coming here again.
