Sales floor employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I could say the same about their repair department. I had a problem with my MacBook Pro and they wanted $6500 pesos to repair it and it would take one week. I took my laptop to an independent repair shop and they fixed it for $1500 in 2 hours. Apple should not be proud of this type of service. I have already written and complained to the corporate offices. I have had my computer repaired there before and now I am beginning to wonder if they charged for repairs that were not needed. This is not good Apple representation. I should have learned my lesson. I bought a cable there for 649 Pesos (Cash). Never opened it and I had the receipt. I tried to return it the next day to get my money back because someone gave me a cable. They would only return 90% of the purchase price and I have to wait 10 days for a check. The manager was not helpful and seemed detached. Not customer oriented.
