Great store! Very pricey but the quality is worth the extra money. They have big sales, and the staff members are super sweet and helpful. The woman ringing me up even offered me a student discount which I didn't know about!

Brian, a store rep from the Newbury Street location, went above and beyond. I called looking for a sold out necklace (online), and he was able to track it down to a store in Atlanta. He had the Atlanta store put it it on hold for me, and they had me purchase it over the phone. So hard to find great customer service these days, but Brian was exceptional. Thank you!!!
