Saw same comment from another reviewer - they cancel contract without any warning or not even informing that they are going to do that, don't know what's happening to them. Maybe admin staff is just too fed up to have too many clients.. We didn't do anything wrong. Now need to rush to find another cleaner. Very inconvenient and disappointing. Can anyone advice a good cleaning company?

We were clear about what we wanted from day one - an experienced housekeeper to keep our home in order. We were convinced we needed to hire a premium housekeeper at a rate of 13.75/hr as opposed to the basic rate of 10.00/hr, which we gladly did. The service was nowhere near this - we had to send on a weekly basis photos of things that went wrong - drycleaning put in the washing machine, empty rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms, etc. After raising issue after issue we were simply told our cleaner would not be returning and that they didn't have anyone else for us. Overall it was a let down.
