I was very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service received at this dealership. I initially made contact via emails and phone calls asking about a vehicle. All my queries were dealt with very quickly by Lee and nothing was too much trouble for him. This has still been the case week's after i purchased vehicle from Lee, making sure i got everything as promised and even a little extra which was very much appreciated . I would like to thank Lee for all his time, he is a true asset to this dealership and i am pointing anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to go and speak to Lee, very friendly and approachable person. It was well worth travelling up from Birmingham to this dealership and got myself a fantastic vehicle, at a great price.

5 start treatment! Very enjoyable experience. Made me feel very welcome, dropped my car in, had a quick browse with no pressure what so ever. Went in for a simple service and came out ready to test drive a new car. And to top it off they ordered and paid for a taxi back to the city center. If I choose another Audi I will certainly choose Manchester Audi.

I found the purchase of my vehicle straight forward and very easy to sort. From the minute I arrived the staff were attentive and helpful. My sales executive Nicolas Sudbury was extremely helpful and answered all my queries and concerns. He made the process very efficient and easy for me.

Zedda was very professional and excellent at her job!! Answered all my questions and found the car that I wanted! She couldn’t of done a better job!!! Also would like to give a mention to the gentleman who meets you and give you coffee and drinks and cake as he was very friendly and helpful and looked after me and my family!! 10 out of 10!!
