There was only one lady and the place was empty. I wanted to cut my daughters hair and she said to me that "she hates when people cut their daughter's hair and make them look like boys". Then when we were trying to film she kept saying I dont want to be in your pictures... Lady we were not filming you we were filming my daughter ! She was rude and condescending, completely unprofessional and overall made what ia supposed to be a great experience totally uncomfortable. Never going back!

We walked in on a Sunday. There was only one lady working. The one lady working was just finishing up with a customer. I asked her how long the wait would be. She told me one hour... even though there were no other people waiting in there. We happened to stroll by numerous times during that hour and saw her sitting at the front desk scrolling on her phone. Maybe she had a no-show, who knows, but don’t lie about a wait time to avoid cutting our one year old sons hair. She didn’t seem too thrilled about being there.

They were all very friendly but when it came to cutting my 2 year old’s hair the stylist was very rough by putting too much force into holding his head down and it was rushed. I understand my son was scared and was being stubborn but I don’t think the roughness was called. It just made him hate cutting his hair that much more.
