I took my car in a few months ago and pretty much got gypped by the person who works there (whose name escapes me). He told me that the car needed an oil change and said he couldn't fix the brakes without special screws which he charged me extra for. He also said that the car had a leak and that I had to remove everything. My car seemed no different following that visit and my brakes still didn't seem to work that well. I took my car to a different mechanic a couple of days ago and the mechanic had to change the oil again because apparently the person at Midas did not do a proper oil change. He also changed the brakes and did not need any sort of special screws to fix the brakes. I did not realize this initially but the person at Midas pretty much charged me for all these "changes" made and did not complete any of the services. I am very unhappy with your company.

Rude!!! Made an appointment and when I got there they told me they could take care of me. after standing at the counter for 10 minutes wait for some to acknowledge That i was even there!!! Unbelievable

Ripped off by these folks, they guy named Steve by the counter is quite a clever guy and con artist. Very good in being nice but out to make money. You would go for a quote and they add on prices of stuff never agreed on original quote. STAY AWAY FROM MIDAS BETHESDA LOCATION.
