Miyake supplied our double pain aluminum windows. Some of the seals failed while the windows were under warranty. We have been calling Miyake for 3-1/2 years for replacement. We have provided, measurements, pictures, serial numbers, all that has been asked for multiple times. We wait and wait. Installers have been out 3-4 times to install a pane of glass that comes in, but the order is always wrong, missing window pane that were never ordered and incomplete. The installers take measurements for Miyake and report back the incomplete orders for the still un-replaced windows. We continually call and follow up, but we are still waiting for this warranty replacement years later. Today 3-1/2 years later Miyake reports they still havn't ordered our warranty replacement windows and says they need to send out the installers to take measurements once again. I have documentation of this being done the last time the installers were onsite. It's incompetence. Customer Service just keeps giving us the run around. They are polite, but unorganized and unprofessional. We are terribly frustrated and disatisfied with dealing with this unacceptable service. Shame on you Miyake. Save yourself this trouble... Avoid Miyake at all costs.
