A simple MOT done with out problem. However, when I went to collect the car from where it had been parked on the street outside I noticed the rear wheel had been kerbed as it was parked, and could actually see the paint flaking off on to the kerbstone. As I need to get to an appointment I had no time to go back and complain. When a nice lady from the garage called a couple of days later to ask if everything was Ok I told her about the wheel. She said something to the effect of "Oh dear let me look into that". Since then I have heard nothing. Why pretend to do 'customer satisfaction' calls if you don't really mean them? Further to writing this I have received an email two emails from Monaco who apologised and offered to make good the damaged wheel. I understand that there hd been no follow up to my initial complaint because of staff illness. It seems reasonable to believe this and accept the situation was an unintended oversight. Thank to Monaco for trying to put matters right. Rating increased to reflect this.
