The place is perfect for shopping but tonight we had a strange experience from security personnel from main gate where by asking a question: “ can i get the trolly in front of the car?” I, my wife and my mother were subject to very rude answer and even verbal harassement till very last moment. I believe management of Monoprix needs more effort to supervise behaviour of security personnel in front gate as it is the main customer portal. In Doha- Qatar i always had great experience with Monoprix which is result of excelent management and care for the brand. I wish Monoprix management in this location to follow the matter if the customer satisfaction is a concern to them.

Renovations made it look fancier ans more expensive but not more easy to walk around. Staff is fluct

Renovations made it look fancier ans more expensive but not more easy to walk around. Staff is fluctuant. Good point is a wider range of products than before. Best alternative for travelers I guess in the mall.
