Really not to be trusted, the office side where very aggressive and doubled the cost when they had packed all my things in their van. I had no choice but to try and agree a cost to get my stuff back and delivered. When I did agree a figure, (on top of already paying them the agreed quote) they overcharged my credit card by £85. NOT TO BE TRUSTED
