It had been almost a year since my last visit, but I decided to make a last minute appointment today to get my beard under control before going to a wedding this weekend. As usual, it was an excellent experience all around, you are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The offer of a drink was much appreciated after rushing through London to made it on time. Katherine took my appointment, and despite me being very vague with what I wanted (I think all I asked for was "presentable"), she did a fantastic job in working out what would be best. I appreciate the call in leaving some volume on the chin, and taking care to ensure everything was tidy and even before I left the chair. The end result is the best yet, so thank you!
