Hi, I purchased an outfit for my son on the 9th December. I then needed to switch it for the larger size which I went and did that same day, your operative Jayne didn't offer to look for the correct size I required and it was only when I said can you check the stock room that she did so. I went to put the outfit in question on my son today and found that a 12-18 month top (the correct size) was tagged to a 3-6 month dungarees, I then took the faulty items back to your store in Imperial Park Bristol. I was served by a young man called Ashley who was very helpful however Jayne was working again and was not helpful in fact she seemed to smirk at the fact that the outfit I required was not in stock in the correct size and said well you'll have to go and get it from one of our other stores. With three young children and the Christmas shoppers I was pretty dismayed at this prospect but I got them to check stock availability in the two closest stores and was told that there were two of each at Eastgate Bristol and Gallagher retail park Longwell Green, I got your staff to check the closing time of these stores and was told 8pm. My husband then made his way over to your store at Gallagher retail park Longwell Green and on his arrival at 7:40pm he found the store to be shut. I am absolutely appalled by Jaynes attitude, the store closing early a week prior to Christmas and the two incorrect items being tagged together. We have now made three separate journeys to your stores and still do not have what we require. Very poor!!
