Per the review above, NIH Credit Union performs at or near the bottom. Their fees are added without warning, are unusually high, and their customer service is shared and generally ineffective. After a 5-7 question verification process, you still are unable to change your address and need to send in forms through the mail, which they will provide you via email (ironically an address you can change over the phone) negating the security value of the paper forms. Save yourself the trouble and the expense and find another credit union from the start.

The NIHFCU is a terrible mess of bank. A large portion of the operations seem to be outsourced. They make constant mistakes, and charge fees that are unreasonable. I myself have had charges added to loans without my consent, and I have a friend that could not access his accounts on-line for months. I recommend you avoid this bank completely.
